easy access to beaches and cultural landmarks

I had a great time appreciating the stunning views from my balcony while being just a short distance from the beautiful Playa Delfines and El Rey Archaeological Zone, making morning walks and city explorations so convenient and enjoyable.

The convenience of the small store on-site allowed us to easily stock up on snacks, and the sunny balcony was a perfect spot to enjoy evening drinks while watching the waves.

During our stay, we faced significant difficulties with the beach seating. Each day, it was nearly impossible to find available beach chairs or umbrellas because guests reserved them by placing towels early in the morning. This frustration was compounded by the lack of sufficient shelving in the room for our belongings, which created additional inconvenience throughout our stay.

we enjoyed the stunning beach access and the incredible pool. the room had a great view of the sunrise over the sea which was absolutely breathtaking.

We had a great time at Magic Sunrise in Cancun. Room #4412 was clean with a beautiful sea view. Loved the balcony for watching the sunrise each morning. The shower had good pressure, and the kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, and big fridge made our stay comfortable. Towels for the pool were a nice touch. Free Wi-Fi worked well, and the complex has access to a nice beach and swimming pool, even on the windy days we couldn’t swim. However, we struggled with the limited beach chairs and umbrellas. people would reserve them early, and we never got to use one. Also, there could be more shelves for clothes. The small convenience store was handy. The restaurant was convenient when we didn't feel like going out. Cleaning every other day was decent, but a more regular schedule would be preferred for longer stays. Bus stop close by made getting around easy, especially to other restaurants nearby.

The apartment's breathtaking sea view from the balcony made mornings feel like a dream, complemented by convenient amenities such as a microwave and a large fridge. It suited my needs perfectly for a pleasant stay.

More shelves for clothes would be helpful.

Beautiful view, convenient amenities, including free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, made our stay enjoyable, and the location was perfect with easy access to the beach and nearby transportation options.

It was just a nice choice for a brief weekend stay in Cancun with good value. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping our room cool even in the heat. Don’t forget to bring snacks for the beach since the nearby store is pretty limited.
